Why do some people STOP reading when they see a Contact-Email click-here button?
The Idea of webpages and the internet in general is that you can read and gather info from them. The growing problem these days is that people rather contact you and ask questions without making any effort to look for answers themselfs to their questions....usually under HELP? on most sites. Yes A1 "Customer Service" is a must here in the great North America. But come On. Are web users turning into couch potatoes?
